🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

🛒 *Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect*
📌 Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, as our products are custom-made, this right does not apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

📷 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:
• A clear photo of the item
• A description of the issue
• Your order number
💬 Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. No need to return the defective item.
📏 We do not offer exchanges, as each item is printed on demand. Please double-check sizing before ordering.
🚫 We cannot accept returns for:
– Wrong size or change of mind
– Damage from misuse, improper care, or wear and tear
💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
